I was born in a caring yet traditional family where early marriage was considered the path to security. I soon married an Airforce Officer, embarking on a life filled with movement, responsibilities, and new beginnings.
Today
For years, I played the roles of a devoted wife, nurturing mother, and active contributor to Air Force welfare programmes—listening to stories, holding space, and guiding others through their challenges.
What I didn't realize then was that these experiences were quietly preparing me for my true calling as a Life Coach.
My Journey: From Duty to Discovery
The Foundation of Giving
I was born in a caring yet traditional family where early marriage was considered the path to security. I soon married an Airforce Officer, embarking on a life filled with movement, responsibilities, and new beginnings.
For years, I played the roles of a devoted wife, nurturing mother, and active contributor to Air Force welfare programmes—listening to stories, holding space, and guiding others through their challenges.
What I didn't realize then was that these experiences were quietly preparing me for my true calling as a Life Coach.
The Quiet Question
As my children grew up and left home, a quiet question began to echo within me: "What have I done for myself?" I had fulfilled every duty with love and grace, yet I felt an emptiness—not of regret, but of longing to rediscover my purpose beyond being someone's daughter, wife, or mother.
This led me to the world of Coaching and Psychology. I completed my Coaching Certification, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Practitioner Course, and several others. I began learning, exploring, and rebuilding myself from within.
The Birth of BE BOLD, BE YOU
Those lessons changed my life. I let go of limiting beliefs, the fear of judgment, and the habit of people-pleasing. I realized that true strength lies not in enduring silently, but in finding your voice and standing tall with self-worth.
In 2024, I founded my coaching practice with the tagline "BE BOLD, BE YOU." It became my way of giving back, helping women find balance, clarity, and confidence. To me, "Be Bold, Be You" means prioritizing yourself with love and respect, staying authentic, and creating harmony without losing yourself in the process.
When Mind (clarity), Energy (consistency), and Focus (direction) align, life naturally brings Purpose, Progress, and Peace.
